Service

Since we were established over 50 years ago, our foremost priority has been to provide and maintain a reliable service. This has not changed, our service is second to none, a service that enables our customers to know that once they have placed their order with us they will receive what they ordered, when they want it and where it is required. Our 40,000sq.ft factory is dedicated to our manufacturing processes and to the storage of General and Customer Service stock (CSS).

The vast majority of our goods are distributed by our own vehicles so that we can guarantee that deliveries will be made on time. The carriers which we have to use on occasions are carefully selected and monitored to ensure their capability to meet our delivery requirements. For the convenience of our customers we maintain a very substantial stock of Polythene Bags, Sheeting and Lay Flat Tubing in a selection of gauges. This stock is available for immediate despatch.

Quality

We are a registered BSI EN IS0 9001-2000 approved company assessed by the British Standards Institution. We want our customers to have the same high confidence in our products that we expect and insist on from our own raw material suppliers. All raw materials are inspected and tested on receipt prior to the commencement of any manufacturing processes at our factory. Continual sampling checks are made during production and final inspection is carried out prior to despatch to ensure that all aspects of the order have been satisfied.
